I am a Lagos based nigerian who just joined this forum.I work presently in an IT firm as a staaff writer/customer service associate, I have a passion for quality service that is prompt and efficient ,however i think i still am lacking in core customer service skills. I am also thinking of making a career move into core customer care, please advise me on what to do and carve a niche for myself in the industry.
