I am testing a small tool for contact centers handling Chinese dialect calls.
It converts dialect speech (e.g. Cantonese / Minnan / Sichuan variants) into Mandarin text in near real time, so agents can follow conversations faster.
Current status:
— fallback beta is live
— suited for support hotlines and callback teams
— looking for 3 pilot teams for workflow feedback
