Any program to create customer service report?

Hi everyone,

I am a customer service manager in Thailand and i would like to have you guys suggestion about the software we use for create a montly customer service's report.

Which program do you use in your company?
I've been using MS-Excel to do a report for a year already and it's boring.

Any idea ?
