I am searching for an assistant cunstomer service manager for a $250MM cabinet manufacturer. I have never searched for this position before. Any ideas??????

Using free job sites such as Craigslist.com can help you find good people. Another good way is to personally recruit sales people that you meet in other retail locations. If you feel they gave you great service...give them your business card, maybe they're looking for a new career. Working with local colleges was how I found most of my CSRs. You can often find students or recent grads who just want to get their foot in the door.
