Hi. Can someone tell me what TARP and NOP stand for? They are listed as the sources for the customer service stats that are on the Facts & Figures section of this website. I'd like to use them but need to know more about them.

Hi Jane,

TARP refers to TARP Worldwide, a USA based customer experience research consultancy and NOP stands for National Opinion Poll, a UK based consumer research company.
