Call Center LED Display - Which to Buy?

I'm shopping for a call center LED display and have no idea where to begin. Any suggestions?

Laura, do you mean something that would tied into an ACD system? Like a wallboard to display number of calls waiting and agent activities--or something else? There is this page from within this site, not sure if I am in the right ballpark:
