Powerpoint topic on ASA !

I am a CSR and am going up for a manager position this Tuesday.
I need to give a powerpoint presentation on lowering ASA.
The people I am giving this powerppoint pres to only gave me this ...
give a presentation on lowering ASA. So it can be very generic
I mean attack the AHT. Taking more calls per hr will mean less calls hlding
I dont know powerpoint one bit ! I need 3 slides
any help would be appreciated as this will be a $20,000 raise
