[Pilot] Dialect-to-Mandarin assist for inbound call centers

Hi everyone,

I am testing a small tool for contact centers handling Chinese dialect calls.
It converts dialect speech (e.g. Cantonese / Minnan / Sichuan variants) into Mandarin text in near real time, so agents can follow conversations faster.

Current status:
— fallback beta is live
— suited for support hotlines and callback teams
— looking for 3 pilot teams for workflow feedback

I would really value feedback on:
1) where this breaks in real call flows
2) what latency is acceptable for live agent assist
