Hi Gary! I just started in the company as a manager in Customer Service. I have four areas: Dispatch, Customer, Customer Vip, Branches (personal attention).

Right know there is no career plan an the different areas manage themselves as independent areas.

I want to make a career plan for the reps integrating all the areas.
