I'm Ismhael worked as a night auditor for more than 2 years in a hotel here in manila. I filed my resignation but the COO did not want me to go so they Offered me to become the Night Manager of the same hotel. I maybe good at what I used to do w/c is auditing but for new career I feel that i need a lot to learn. From paper works to overseeing the overall night operations of the hotel is too sudden for me. I need this kind of support group and by reading alone i learn a lot from you guys. thank you so much.

Congratulations!! It may sound sudden, but obviously the hotel management feel you are up to it. You are obviously a person who reflects upon whats happening and understand your own strenghts and areas od development, which is all good news.
