Hello to the forum. I have just joined this group and am looking forward to the open exchange of information and ideas. A snap shot of me:
I work in local government as the customer service coordinator. I have been in Aus. for 18 years. Originally from California. I have travelled extensively and worked in several industries in customer focus positions.
