Hi everyone,

My name is Bee Thao and I work out of Fridley, MN.
I'd rather not disclose my employer's company name for various reasons.
I am a Code and Ethics Facilitator and act in a couple other roles.
My intention to assume membership on this forum is to improve what skills I may need to become a solidified manager in the future.
My degree of pursuant is Human Resources Management.
