Today is my first experience with this website and I was immediately compelled to sign-up and reap the rewards and wisdom everyone has to offer.

The articles are informative and helpful and are sure to be para-phrased as I start my new job as a Customer Service Manager. I have already made note of many of the posts in the forum, especially with those involving motivation, analysis, and customer satisfaction.

I have been in customer service for most of my career and have extensive knowledge and a deep passion for the work that I do, but I am sure that I will be visiting this site as much as possible to gain the insight, knowledge, and experience needed to further exhance my expertise as a manager and customer's satisfaction.
