My name is Lombe,i am new on this site.
I am from Zambia and i work for a cellular service provider which was called CELTEL,until about two months ago when the brand name was changed to ZAIN.
I have currently been appointed Customer services manager for the Northern Region in Z ambia and as Zain we are aiming to get to WORLD CLASS SERVICE STANDARDS.I would like to get/share best customer care practices with everyone on this site.
