I am a 2 year Service manager at a local Boston bike shop. The more help the better right? So i joined this site in hopes to meet some people that have been through things i am trying to fix or take care of. Is there any other bike shop managers out there?

Hi, Ryan! I haven't worked in that area. Would be interested to see what topics can come out of this. I met someone recently who said he had a bike (I think it was a bike and not some other item) thrown at him, but that's the closest I have gotten to customer service issues as they relate to bikes. Not sure if you mean bicycles or motorcycles, by the way.
