What are normal Cus. Serv. ratios of sales vs issues? Where can I find info?

My company makes an electronics device. Looking to know what the normal Customer Serivce ratio of sales vs issues. Meaning if I sell 100 units.. how many Customer Service calls should I get. Where do I find that...per industry?
