Training for Service Managers

Hi all.

I have searched the forum but could not find the info I am seeking.

As I live in West Africa, it is difficult for me to attend 2 day courses on Customer Service in Europe, USA etc so I was wondering if anyone here has information on courses that last from 2-4 weeks?

I am searching the net without much success.
