I recently heard the acronym "SMART" referring to resolving customer service issues. what does it stand for? My Palm was lost and all data on it is not retrievable. thanks for the help!

Make eye contact with your internal or external customer
Assist your customer
Recognize your customer
Thank your customer & each other
