Today we announced a discount code for Buy 2 get the 3rd free, and a customer that purchased 2 on Dec 3 sent an email asking if they could get a 3rd item for free? How would you respond to that?

We have a 30-day return policy, so, to prevent the return, we would honor the discount and send the 3rd item.
