Does anyone have any examples from their respective industries or companies of minimum customer standards?

Hmmm....not quite sure what you're going for here, Richard.

My initial thought: Yes, customer must be breathing.

Then I realized that wouldn't be true if I was in the mortuary business.

In my current situation, however, there is actually a minimum standard. Customer must need a special permit, issued by the State or the Feds. If they don't need said permit, they don't need us.

Again, uncertain what you are going for, so I really don't know how to respond.
