There's been a couple of companies that had me take this online interactive test for customer service. The recorded customer service agent in the roleplay had such an amazing choice of wording when she spoke with the customer that I wished I could've recorded her sayings to replay and learn later.

Does anyone know of a good resource for wording and sayings for customer service agents or for anyone in sales and recruiting?
