Frontline Customer supprt - switchboard

Hi
I manage frontline for a rather large group and we have achieved success in terms of customer satisfaction, the powers that be have brought the switchboard under us, can anyone assist in terms of training sites to visit, or ideas on how to make the swithchboard world class.

Most serches just bring up technology for the switchboard.
