Hi All

We are in a process of establishing a Customer Services Department in our organization. We provide EPCC services to Oil and Gas Sector. I request if you guide us atleast in following:

1. Writing Mission Statement
2. Policy
3. Protocols fo dealing with customer
4. Structure of the department
5. Any other suggestions
