Hello,

I'm looking for form suggestions to be used for grading / scoring during the call monitoring process. Any suggestions?

Please call me at 952-738-7460. I have a form that may work for you or at least provide seed material for creating your own form.

I am a Call Center and Member Services Supervisor at a credit union in Minneapolis, MN.
