I am a new member. As a senior manager of Training & OD in the company's customer service group, I manage the learning opportunities for approximately 600 people (350 are directly involved in customer service). We are a B-to-B functional group, so I don't have a lot of B to C experience. I'd be interested in know more about your B-to-B customer service groups.
