My name is Ryan and I am an Operations manager in Golden, CO. With a focus on customer service I have been searching for a forum to share my perspective, and gain new perspective, on customer service.

I have a pretty colorful background including sales, business development, online acquisitions and marketing, business strategy and now general operations. I am hoping that the experience in a number of fields will later support my efforts to run my own business.

I am a numbers driven individual and while I understand that not everything can be quantified that doesn't mean I will not try.
