Hi everyone.
I recently resigned my job with a development bank to pursue other interests one of which is setting up a customer service training outfit in Nigeria. Aside from working during my Uni days as a sales assistant at a fashion store in the UK where I attended a training, I do not have much experience in CSM. I am hoping that my passion for excellent customer service delivery will propel me to get the knowledge and skill required to make me succeed in this endeavor.
