I work for a telecommunication company but i need to improve more on my customer service skills especially the communication skills. please help.

It would help if you could be a bit more specific on the skills you need help with. There are lots of courses - especially in the Phila area that could be beneficial to you.

Are they phone skills, time management skills, listening skills, multi-tasking skills.....please advise.
