I am a Coach in a call center in Cleveland, OH. I have been in the customer service industry for almost 15 years. I hope to learn as much as I share here.

Is your position as call center Coach a full time position, or are you a consultant?

I am a customer service consultant, and am very interested in the coaching aspect of things.
