I am not necessarily looking for automotive, but more in the Customer Service area. Our customers include: big box retail, automotive chains, distributors, grocery, and even ma & pa's. All have differing customer requirements and expectations, so I am looking for new and fresh ideas to invigorate my team, as well as raising our satisfaction level up a notch or two!
