Hi, my name's amanda and im in my second week of work for a travel agent as the 'customer services consultant'- im in charge of setting up process's around current client retention and going and seeing them, making sure their happy and also creating new business- through prospects and cold-calling letters, among other things- also to be my boss's PA too!!
